Version 3 · Effective 2026-10-19
These terms apply to private tours and customized travel services confirmed by Ananta. Your proposal identifies the version that applies to your booking.

Booking & Payment
The confirmation payment is 30% of the confirmed trip price. The balance is due 14 calendar days before service; bookings confirmed within 14 days are payable in full. Final booking confirmation requires your proposal acceptance, the required payment and official confirmation from the key service providers. Supplier costs do not automatically increase the confirmation payment. These separately agreed payment terms (30% confirmation / balance 14 days before service) differ from the domestic travel standard terms (deposit no more than 10% / balance the day before service). The adopted cancellation schedule and mandatory consumer rights continue to apply.
Cancellation & Refund
Day trips
Day trips: full refund when cancellation takes effect at least 3 calendar days before service; a charge of 10% at 2 days, 20% at 1 day, and 30% on the service date or for a no-show.
Days are calendar-date differences in Korea Standard Time (Asia/Seoul), not elapsed 24-hour periods. Supplier non-refundable costs do not increase or add to these customer cancellation charges. If Ananta cancels due to its fault, amounts received are returned in full and compensation under the applicable schedule is paid separately. No customer cancellation charge applies to unavoidable circumstances, qualifying statutory withdrawal or an expressly agreed waiver. Mandatory consumer rights prevail. Ordinary cancellation takes effect when notice is received; qualifying written statutory withdrawal takes effect when sent. Where Korean electronic-commerce withdrawal rights apply, the ordinary period is 7 days after receipt of the written contract information. Mandatory extended rights for missing contract information or performance differing from its description remain available. A private or tailored trip is not automatically excluded; any exclusion must satisfy the law. Mandatory rights arising after service begins or after partial performance also remain available and are assessed on their facts. Refunds and compensation are paid by the end of the third KST calendar date after the effective date. A no-show requires both 30 minutes after the confirmed start and an unreachable guest.

Changes, Weather & Force Majeure
Ananta will notify you of a material change to the confirmed services and seek your agreement. A materially equivalent change of order alone does not remove mandatory consumer rights. If the agreed trip cannot be delivered, you may choose an agreed alternative or the refund and, where applicable, compensation required by law. An unprovided part is refunded without limiting rights arising from a substantial defect or Ananta's fault.
Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is not included in the tour price. Guests are responsible for arranging appropriate cover for their trip. Personal travel insurance does not replace Ananta's own legal, guarantee, safety or liability obligations. We do not request insurance policy numbers or medical records.
Health & Medical Assistance
Please share only the operational dietary, mobility or accessibility needs necessary to arrange the agreed trip, with the relevant party's permission. Diagnoses and medical records are not required. Ananta can help contact emergency services but does not provide medical treatment. Reasonable medical or transport expenses remain the guest's responsibility except where Ananta or a provider is legally liable.
Vehicles & Third-Party Services
Ananta is responsible for selecting suitable vehicle, driver, guide and other providers and for meeting applicable licensing and safety duties. Provider independence does not remove responsibility imposed on Ananta by Korean law. Follow reasonable safety instructions. Services you purchase separately outside the confirmed proposal are outside Ananta's contracted services.
Personal Belongings
Keep valuables secure and report missing items promptly. Ananta will make reasonable efforts to locate them and will return or hand found property to the appropriate authority under applicable lost-property rules. Any reasonable delivery cost must be agreed; this does not exclude liability for loss caused by Ananta or its providers.
Liability under Korean Law
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability or customer rights that Korean law does not permit the parties to exclude, including liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, negligence or breach of a mandatory duty.
Contact & Dispute Resolution
Use the contact channel in your proposal for questions or notices. Direct written discussion is voluntary and does not restrict statutory withdrawal, consumer dispute procedures or court remedies. Mandatory consumer rights prevail over conflicting terms. Ordinary cancellation is effective on receipt; qualifying written statutory withdrawal is effective on dispatch, subject to its legal conditions and exclusions.
