Busan

A long coast that works best in one direction.

Busan runs from working harbor to open beach across a city that is longer than it first appears. Ananta chooses a workable side of the coast and connects the hotel, vehicle and reservations around it.

How Ananta plans Busan

Follow the water without retracing the city.

The east coast, the central waterfront and the south harbor support different days. A good plan stays with one of them, then uses evening light to close the route near the hotel.

01The eastern coast combines open water, temple landscape and the modern waterfront when the hotel is already on that side.

02The harbor and south coast give stronger access to markets, working-city context and lower urban viewpoints.

03Wind, traffic and large events are checked before the final route is confirmed.

Public places in context

Six ways to read Busan.

These public landmarks show the range of the destination. They are not a fixed itinerary or a promise that every place appears in one day.

  1. 01

    Haeundae Beach

Busan’s most recognized urban beach and a natural anchor for the eastern waterfront.

  2. 02

    Gwangalli and Gwangan Bridge

A broad bay whose character changes from daylight to evening.

  3. 03

    Haedong Yonggungsa

A public Buddhist temple complex set directly against the rocky coast.

  4. 04

    Gamcheon Culture Village

A hillside district that shows the density and topography of the older city.

  5. 05

    Jagalchi Market

A public market connected to Busan’s continuing life as a port.

  6. 06

    Taejongdae

Planning questions

Before Busan is added to the trip.

Which part of Busan will the day cover?

Ananta chooses either the eastern coast or the central and southern waterfront from your hotel location and interests. The day does not cross the city twice.

Can the day end after sunset?

It can when the season, weather and hotel location support it. The final timing is stated in your proposal.

Can Busan be combined with Gyeongju?

Yes. The two cities can form part of a Signature Journey or a Tailor-Made Korea route with intercity transport and hotels arranged together.
