Booking is confirmed by a 30% non-refundable planning and vehicle retainer. The remaining balance is due 14 days before the experience; bookings made inside 14 days are payable in full.
The 30% planning and vehicle retainer is non-refundable. If you cancel 14 days or more before departure, payments above the retainer are refunded in full. If you cancel 7–13 days before departure, 50% of payments above the retainer are refunded. Cancellations within 7 days and no-shows are non-refundable. If Ananta cancels, all payments are refunded.
Travel insurance is not included. Guests should arrange appropriate cover before travel.
